After years of unsuccessfully looking for something to help with weight loss, help increase my energy and maintain/improve strength, I discovered CrossFit in 2012.
A few months into my CrossFit journey, after the initial shock wore off, I fell in love with the CrossFit methodology and practices.
I began to lose weight, increase my energy and strength.
CrossFit is unlike a gym… it is a way of life. I love the strong sense of community and the support from other athletes to constantly improve.
I decided to follow this path to teach others and to instill the passion and love I have for CrossFit.
My main goal is to constantly learn and be challenged into new ways of thinking to provide a higher level of coaching.
